Veer is also active as a consultant for BR Consulting, strategizing the US market entry strategy of an overseas publishing house in the eBook business. In 2007, she moved back to India to work with her K-12 family owned international school serving 750 students in Bangalore. As the CEO, she provided budgetary, marketing, HR, and strategic leadership to 150 faculty and administrative staff members. At the Johnson School, Kavya is a consultant with BR Consulting (a student run consulting firm) and is currently helping a client specialized in soil/organic matter management set up US operations. At the Centre for Sustainable Global Enterprise, Kavya is working on a consulting project for a European Biotech firm that is looking to provide an ethanol based cooking solution to families in Maputo, Mozambique. She got her B.A. in Economics and Management, in 2006 from Ohio Wesleyan University. </td>');

He has worked with clients from across diverse industries like retail, pharma, financial services, infrastructure, etc. While at IBM, Mihir has worked in Singapore, China, Malaysia and US. Post IBM, Mihir spent a year working as an independent consultant for one of India\'s largest spice manufacturing company where he led the business process re-engineering activities for the company.
